Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Axeo application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Axeo is an eye training application that provides educational exercises, structured training programs, and vision screening tests based on AAO and COVD clinical guidelines. Axeo is not a medical device.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Axeo offers a free tier and premium subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

5. Free Trial

Axeo may offer a 7-day free trial for eligible subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged. Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Axeo is an educational tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Vision screening tests are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional eye examinations. Always consult a licensed eye care professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information provided by the App.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) redistribute or sublicense the App; (c) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are the property of Gaji Labs and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell personal data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gaji Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaji Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App and on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
